Gianna Lewis is a board certified nurse practitioner who works with patients in Medical Offices of Manhattan’s gastroenterology department. A dedicated provider who first began working in healthcare as a medical assistant while in college, Gianna has had significant experience treating patients in inpatient, outpatient, and perioperative settings. She believes strongly in building trust and collaboration with doctors and patients to make sure that everyone she works with is receiving the best treatment possible. Gianna has seen how common GI disorders are, and how detrimental they can be to a person’s quality of life, and nothing is more important to her than seeing patients become able to manage and reverse these disorders to be happier and healthier overall.

After spending several years working as a medical assistant for a private orthopedics practice, Gianna took her first nursing position at St. Francis Hospital in Roslyn, New York. She later worked as an operating room RN at New York Presbyterian Hospital and a gastroenterology nurse practitioner at Weill Cornell Medicine. Possessing dual bachelor’s degrees in Science and Nursing, Gianna also received her Family Nurse Practitioner master’s degree from Long Island University. She joined the team at Medical Offices of Manhattan in 2022.
