Hannah Cohan is a graduate of Binghamton University, Decker School of Nursing, with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. After graduating, she interned at Sourasky Medical Center in Tel Aviv in the Emergency Department. After returning to New York, Hannah worked at New York Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center for over five years, where she gained significant experience at the patient bedside, caring for a diverse patient population with various medical needs. While working, Hannah attended Long Island University-Brooklyn and earned her Masters in nursing. She is now a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner.

Hannah believes individualized patient care is necessary for positive outcomes. It’s really important to her that every one of her patients feel comfortable and confident in her care.

In her free time, Hannah enjoys cooking and venturing out for long walks in Central Park. She also likes to travel and explore new restaurants!
