Dr. Patel was excellent and thorough. She obtained my medical history through friendly conversation during the visit and listened to all the concerns I had. Dr. Patel also followed-up quickly to inform me of my lab results. However, the front desk personnel were not as friendly, especially when I called back with an inquiry. I understand that they’re busy with all aspects of their positions, but it’s unfortunate that they’re unprofessional at times. It’s in contrast to Dr. Patel’s professionalism.
