I went for my annual check-up and was seen by a doctor by the name of Nicole. She was absolutely incredible. In fact, my entire experience from the beginning to the end is exactly what I wanted it to be.
The place looked clean and welcoming. I was greeted when I came in and the front desk person was understanding of my concerns and clear and concise with the direction she provided. The check-in process was simple and fast, I was seen within 15 minutes of walking in for my appointment.
As a precaution to the current Virus problem, everyone’s temperature was promptly checked before you even checked in and was provided to you in a post-it without being said out loud. The nurse and doctor both had great bedside manner and before recommending next steps, checked to see if my insurance would cover them.
My blood was drawn as part of my annual and it was a quick and effective process done in house by a separate nurse. Overall it was awesome and I wish more locations operated like this.
