Came in for my first time for a yearly physical and the office visit went as smoothly as possible. I was greeted promptly and warmly by Rachel at the front desk. She got me checked in very quickly even though it looked like she was juggling multiple task. I was in the waiting room for no longer than 5 minutes. Yilin was very friendly and didn’t just ask questions as if she was just there to get the info and get out. Dr. Kim just fortified that any staff member here was going to give you a comfortable experience. Dr. Kim was easy to talk to, listened to my concerns, and really made sure if I had any questions about anything that I should ask it. Overall a wonderful experience and would highly recommend.
