How Ultra-Processed Foods Differ From Other Processed Foods

There may likely be times when you supplement your diet with frozen pizza, pre-packaged meals, fast food, and canned soup. These cuisines are delicious and easy to prepare. However, consuming too many of them might be harmful to your health due to their extreme processing.
