Verified Patient

My visit with Dr. Soomro was fabulous and the doctors office itself was very nice and clean. However the person I was speaking with at the front desk was rude and rescheduled my appointment twice without warning or acknowledging this mistake. I was then lectured on how Zocdoc works and was told my first appointment was never confirmed when I had an email and confirmation on my app to prove it. The doctor was great but the service was disappointing.
