Dr. Ruden is an excellent doctor. He is attentive, caring, and highly skilled. However recent changes in the staff at his office have created some challenges. The staff there tried to cancel my appointment an hour before I was due there claiming there was a “glitch” with ZocDoc, despite the fact that my appointment was confirmed a week earlier. They neglected to send my prescriptions to my pharmacy and I had to call multiple times to get them sent. They did a terrible job taking my blood, resulting in a number of large bruises. Furthermore, it is almost impossible to reach a person when you call, you are simply passed from answering machine recording to recording. Dr. Ruden himself is great but the office really needs to do some work to get back to its prior level of service.
