This is the first time I’ve visited the Midtown offices of M.O.M. The services are well-connected, making it easy to move from one doctor to another, to Labfinder. Everything is a few steps away. The offices themselves are well-designed open spaces. (The music in the offices is exceptional and will chill any anxious patient out.) The administrative services are exceptional; courteous, and immediately responsive to anyone entering for care with patience and a smile. Dr. Braunstein, whom I’d not seen for a while, was excellent as always, welcoming me, the Prodigal Patient, back into the fold. I came away feeling better before even receiving the Labfinder results, just by virtue of sharing the environment with such caring, nurturing, and friendly people.
