Yesterday, I had my annual physical with Dr. Susan Rosen and, as always, the experience was as pleasant as a visit to the doctor can be. She had reviewed my file before I arrived, listened as much as she talked and explained options about certain procedures clearly. The Yaffe-Ruden facility is a big “operation” but I love going to a place where lab work can be done, referrals made for other tests and appointments with specialists set up, all on the same day I have my physical exam. Every staff member is knowledgeable and professional.
