Absolutely wonderful experience. Everyone, from the front desk, nursing staff, technician and the doctor were friendly, professional and great listeners. The doctor actually spent more than an hour with me, talking through all my health concerns and formulating an action plan. The office has some in-house diagnostics tests, which is very convenient. Everything was clean, orderly, and modern. Exam rooms are tiny, but clutter-free. Definitely exceeded my expectations for a primary care appointment. It felt so good to be cared for respectfully and thoughtfully by medical professionals (not a given by any means in NYC!)
