I have been a patient of Dr. Ruden for 7 years and everything has always been very easy. They have everything at the office which avoids the hassle of going to labs to get blood work, x-rays, sonograms and are also equipped to have other procedures done at the office. The office is very busy, however, they always stay on schedule. I have never had to wait longer than 15 minutes. Same day appts are always available [even late hours] with the PAs to avoid having to miss a work day. Their online portal makes collecting labs results, prescription refills and keeping track of your medical history a breeze.
I’ve met with Dr. Ruden, Dr. Yaffe, Dr. Braunstein, Dr. Sielhan and Dr. Bikham. All are great and thorough doctors.
I’ve never had any issues with management or experienced any rude behavior from anyone at the front office. I’ve referred several friends there that are happy with the practice and have sent some of their friends over too.
