Have been a patient at Medical Offices of Manhattan (MOM) for almost 10 years using the services of a general practitioner, cardiologist, dermatologist and gastroenterologist. I have recommended the practice to many friends. All of the providers I have used have been professional, skilled, thorough, kind and personable. The support staff is efficient and quick to assist. On-line access is available and not difficult to navigate, but I prefer in-person contact and find those staff to be very helpful. In my experience patients are seen within minutes of their appointment times.
I have accessed care at two of their locations – on East 51st St and East 65th St – each near public transportation. Returned to the East 65th St MOM location for a consultation after several years of using services at 51st St. and was happy to see that 65th St had undergone a considerable renovation and upgrade and is now more medical office and less carnival attraction in its decor and presentation. Well done.
