The Upper West Side office is very clean, organized and modern. The staff are all polite and communicative. The wait was less than 10 minutes. Dr. Yoshua Quinones was polite, communicative, patient and overall great to work with. He made me feel like he was there to work with me and help closely tackle any issue as a team. Dr. Quinones was also very helpful with putting me in contact with their financial staff who broke down potential payments and insurance issues for me in a clear manner before continuing with any treatment. 10/10 Would recommend.
