Dr Kakoulas was wonderful. She apologized numerous times for the wait, even though I barely had to wait at all. She listened to all my concerns, asked various follow up questions, and had suggestions for all my issues. The nurses were very friendly as was the lab tech that took my blood. Overall it was a really great experience, even in the days of COVID. Everyone wore a mask they entire time, myself included.
