I have been going to the UES office since 2022 and have nothing but wonderful things to say. In brief- high quality health professionals, very efficient office (almost no wait time, easy to check in /fill out forms), and great communication and flexibility / availability in making appointments. The office space is very clean, modern, and all the staff are welcoming and helpful.
To provide more detailed feedback about my specific experiences: I saw Dr. Vukasinov in 2022, and recently was seen by PA Santarelli for general practioner services, and they were both very thorough, attentive, informative, and courteous in their care. Their communication both during and after my appointment was excellent, so my overall experience is that I recieved the best level of care.
Further, the presence of specialty practices such as Dermatology and Endocrinology in the same office space is highly convenient. After conducting my annual general check up/physical, I was then able to conduct my annual skin screening with Dr. Huang. I was also referred by PA Santerlli and able to quickly schedule an appointment with an endocrinologist, Dr. Finn, so that I was able to quickly address a pressing health issue. It was such a relief to be able to see Dr. Finn on such a short timeline, and that there is easy communication between Dr. Finn and my general practitioner (including access to my health records and labs), which further expedites and enhances medical care. Both Dr. Huang and Dr. Finn were also excellent- professional, efficient, and patient, making sure to answer all my questions and concerns, as well as making referrals for continued care. Additionally, blood work/lab work services are available at the location, so you are able to complete any ordered labs while at the location. This service is also great – very efficient, pleasant and easy.
Compared to my previous experiences in the New York City area, at various other medical offices, after seeing a general practitioner, I was usually required go to multiple other locations, or follow up with finding a doctor/ making appointments myself, if I needed to see a specialist or get lab work done. So it truly feels like a luxury to have so many great health professionals on staff in one location, and so many different services, all of the same high quality.
The high quality extends to all members of the location, including nurses, technicians, and other employees such as the patient care coordinators and office staff. The communication of the office staff is amazing (again, compared to my experiences at other practices where I have called and never been able to get someone on the phone, or it is impossible to get/make an appointment), which make it so easy to schedule/change appointments, leave messages/call back providers, or ask general questions. The patient portal and website are also easy to use to schedule appointments, upload health insurance information, or recieve instructions for upcoming appointments and accessing lab work by email.
They also provide text message reminders for upcoming appointments, as well as text message prompts if any paperwork is unfinished, so when you come to your appointment, you have almost zero wait time before your scheduled appointment.
In conclusion, I have an endless amount of positive things to say about both the services and my experience since I have been a patient here , and would enthusiastically recommend this office to anyone looking for top tier medical care.
