I love Dr. Kalik but I hate your practice, Dr. Kalik is amazing and I continue to come to MOM because she’s there despite its terrible customer service. I had my appointment time switched without any explanation or an effort to reach me. I only noticed it on my email when a reminder was sent out close to my appointment date, and when I called to inquire, the representatives were rude and condescending. I wish I did not have to come to MOM to access Dr. Kalik’s services.
