i am always happy and reassured to be seen by Dr Kalik, i can always approach her and leave a message. she ll respond -within the hour, and many times even quicker- with answers, and if i probe more, she ll explain things patiently and clearly. she suggests treatments/solutions, choices… i feel truly cared for by her. office appointments: waiting time is around 15-20 mins. thank you!
