There was no wait time before the start of my appointment. A PA collected me from the waiting room, took my vitals and documented the reason for my visit. She indicated afterward that Dr. Finn would be with me shortly and less than 5 minutes later Dr. Finn came into the treatment room.

Dr. Finn was very thorough and helpful and ensured that I understood the various options to address my concerns during my appointment.
