First time seeing Doctor Kim. I was initially really put off be the receptionist and reception area. It seemed like a money making factory as opposed to a place one goes to get care. But i realize that’s a Manhattan thing mostly. Also, the assistant who took my vitals was machine like and never even made eye contact with me. Asked me questions and procedures rapid paced which made me nervous about what to expect of Doctor Kim. He turned the whole thing around for me. LOVED his personality, energy, communication and listening skills. He really made me feel like I had found a decent doctor who cares about his patients. So i will let the other stuff go in order to continue seeing him (in the closet like exam room they stashed me in) … he’s worth the rest.
