I saw Dr. Kakoulas for the first time in 2021. I went for my annual and some recent health concerns. She is very pleasant, knowledgeable and pays attention to all my concerns and provided good recommendation. She also took her time to show me where to go the next day for blood work. Expect that sometime you might have to wait a bit, doctors always have a patient that requires additional investigation. I was one of them. I was there for 3 h vs the expected 1.5 h .Dr Kakoulas also apologies because I initially waited for her a little bit. The staff is nice. The next day when I did the blood work they were very understanding and nice and patient and they accommodated me to be in a room with a bed as I had to lay down.
