Ruden Havening
What Is Ruden Havening?
Havening techniques describe are based on evolutionary biology and offer you the opportunity to live a healthier, hopefully, happier and more productive life. To Western eyes, to watch pain instantly disappear, long-standing problems resolve and disturbing memories fade into the irretrievable past is nothing short of astonishing.
We call this method Havening. Havening, the transitive verb of the word haven, means to put into a safe place. While some forms of this approach have been around for decades, many mental health professionals remain skeptical given that it involves no medication, talking or prolonged exposure.
How Do You Prepare For Ruden Havening?
You should discuss what to expect from a Havening appointment with your practitioner before going in. Havening can deal with specific memories and it’s a good idea to establish your boundaries and goals in advance. We will do everything possible to address any concerns you may have and make sure that your appointment is as pleasant and stress-free as possible.
Why Is Havening Performed?

What Can You Expect From Havening?
The Havening Techniques® is a method, which is designed to change the brain to de-traumatize the memory and remove its negative effects from both our psyche and body. As part of its protocol, The Havening Techniques uses the sensory input of the human touch as a therapeutic tool which we have identified as Havening Touch®. The process of the Havening Technique requires touch. The decision of who should provide the touch must be made jointly. For guidelines Please see The Havening Techniques educational materials and certification process. Please see our disclaimer for additional information.
