How to Prevent Blisters During a Workout

A blister pops up just as you’re getting into your stride and loving your workout—the worst possible scenario for any athlete. At some point or another, most of us have had some slight pain or interruption when exercising. Maintaining your exercise program is easier when you know what to do in the case of a blister and how to cure it before it becomes unbearably painful, as well as how to avoid blisters altogether.
