Meet Dr. Anisha Patel | Medical Offices of Manhattan | Internal Medicine

Dr. Anisha Patel earned her medical degree at Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed her residency in Internal Medicine at Broward Health Medical Center in Florida, where she also served as Chief Resident. She is board-certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and a member of the American College of Physicians.

She is a compassionate physician who strives to build a relationship with her patients in order to work together to form a treatment plan. With a focus on preventive care and patient-centered medicine, she encourages her patients to lead a healthy lifestyle. In her free time she enjoys traveling and spending time with friends and family.

My name is Dr. Anisha Patel. I’m an internal medicine physician at Medical Offices of Manhattan.

So I did training in internal medicine, my residency was in Fort Lauderdale in Florida. I’m happy to now be in New York and working with Medical Offices of Manhattan seeing patients as a primary care physician. I’m board certified by the Board of Internal Medicine.

So I love the field of internal medicine because of how comprehensive it is, and you’re able to develop a really great rapport with your patients. You can really work together, forming a great treatment plan, and overall live a very healthy lifestyle. So patient care to me is being able to work together. It’s really working comprehensively, both myself as a physician with my patients to go through all the appropriate screening intervals, what your healthcare goals are, and coming up with an appropriate plan that you can work towards and we can work towards together.
