A new study suggests that individuals who follow a meat-only diet, which is controversial and used to treat metabolic illnesses, may not get enough of certain nutrients unless they carefully include organ meats and dairy products into their diet.

Meat, fish, and products made from animals (eggs, certain dairy products, and sperm) make up the only components of the carnivorous diet.
