Dr. Kalik is the best doctor I have ever seen. Her PAs and nurse practitioners are fantastic, also. I have been a patient for about 15 years. She is thorough, knowledgeable, caring, and easy to talk to. My only negative comment is about the office itself: It be difficult to get in touch with anyone, and there is no email system or useful online portal. Leaving voicemails to schedule appointments, ask a question, or refill a prescription does not always yield a return call). Seems like an easy fix, and I have provided this comment many times, and while everyone agrees with me, the situation doesn’t seem to change. When I first started seeing her at NYU, she used the smart chart email system, and communication was seamless. The current practice does not use this method. In spite of these issues, I give five stars because Dr. Kalik is amazing, and everyone should have a doctor who provides the level of care that she does. .
