The office is a shared space so it has the feel of a health clinic, not a private practice. One of the front staff members was egregiously rude and condescending to me. Dr. Geneste was professional and nice. If you want a quick check up and are ok with the assembly line feel, then this would work. I was hoping for a more personal experience. I definitely felt like just another number but in an efficient environment. I will say that follow up from the office and the doctor was very prompt. They called me back in less than a week with my test results. It’s a well-oiled machine!
