I’ve seen Dr. Janice Cristobal twice now, and even referred my husband to her, because she is truly a rare find in primary care. What stood out to me most is that she listens — really listens — to her patients. She took her time to go over my concerns and symptoms, performed an actual examination (something not all doctors do these days), and ordered thorough tests instead of brushing me off. She was never dismissive of what I was feeling. Her empathy and compassion, combined with her strong medical training, make a real difference in a patient’s healing journey. She even personally walked me to the checkout desk and made sure I had the referrals I needed — small gestures that mean a lot when you’re feeling vulnerable.
