Libbat-Tzion Shaham, MD is an experienced Family Physician who has been serving patients in New York City for over a decade. Building relationships with her patients is paramount to Dr. Shaham’s approach as she strives to treat the patient as a whole, not simply a collection of parts and symptoms. Her holistic outlook accounts for all aspects of health including lifestyle, family history, environment, and other factors beyond clinical presentation. She sees health as a team effort which requires a balanced partnership between doctor and patient, as well as involvement from the patient’s family and community support system. Dr. Shaham enjoys working with people throughout their lives to address evolving needs and to help maximize health and minimize disease.

An alumna of the University of California, San Diego with a B.A. in Human Development, Dr. Shaham received her Doctor of Medicine degree (M.D.) from the Albert Einstein School of Medicine in the Bronx. She went on to complete her residency in Family Medicine at Jamaica Hospital Medical Center in Queens. Dr. Shaham practiced at the NYU Langone Park Slope Family Health Center in Brooklyn for seven years before joining the team at the Medical Offices of Manhattan in 2022.
