Danielle Rolewski, PA, is a NCCPA board-certified Physician Assistant with a strong background in primary care. She earned her medical degree from Pace University and is an active member of both the New York State Society of Physician Assistants (NYSSPA) and the American Academy of Physician Associates (AAPA). Recognized for her academic excellence and leadership, Danielle was inducted into the Pi Alpha National Honor Society. Her early experiences as a medical scribe in a family medicine practice inspired her path to becoming a PA, where she was drawn to the dynamic role of diagnosing, treating, and building meaningful relationships with patients.

With a focus on primary care, Danielle is dedicated to providing patient-centered treatment tailored to each individual’s unique needs and lifestyle. She emphasizes the importance of prevention through annual physicals, screenings, and vaccinations, while also prioritizing trust, education, and open communication with her patients. To Danielle, patient care means treating the whole person with compassion, empathy, and advocacy—ensuring her patients feel heard, respected, and supported throughout their health journey.
