Carly Unger, RN, is a board-certified nurse with over a decade of experience in critical care and surgical care. She earned her Bachelor of Science in General Studies with a minor in Nutrition from the University of Alabama and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Samford University’s Ida V. Moffett School of Nursing. At Medical Offices of Manhattan, Carly is part of the GLP-1 team, where she helps patients navigate safe and effective weight loss treatments through education, personalized guidance, and compassionate care.

Carly became a nurse to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives, combining compassion with critical thinking to provide the highest quality of care. She finds it most rewarding to support patients during vulnerable times and to help them reach their health goals. Beyond her clinical work, she has demonstrated a commitment to service, including a medical mission trip to Iquitos, Peru, where she provided care and education to underserved communities. This experience deepened her dedication to addressing health disparities and reinforced her passion for supporting patients on their journey to better health.
