Nikita Robinson, PA-C, is a board-certified Physician Assistant specializing in endocrinology. She earned her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Northeastern University and is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).

Nikita began her career in family medicine, where she developed a strong interest in caring for patients with diabetes and hormone-related conditions. She treats a wide range of endocrine concerns, including Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes, thyroid disorders, obesity and weight management, osteoporosis, polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), adrenal and pituitary disorders, and provides gender-affirming hormone therapy. She also has experience with continuous glucose monitoring (CGM), insulin therapy, and diabetes technology.

Nikita believes that effective care begins with listening and helping patients understand their health. She takes time to explain the connection between symptoms, lab results, diagnoses, and treatment options so patients can feel informed and confident in their care. Her approach is collaborative and individualized, with treatment plans designed around each patient’s health goals, lifestyle, and preferences.

For Nikita, one of the most rewarding parts of being a Physician Assistant is building long-term relationships with her patients and seeing their progress over time. Whether helping someone better manage diabetes, understand a hormone condition, or simply feel heard, her goal is to make complex medical information easier to understand and empower patients to take an active role in their health.
