Rena's passion for healthcare began with her desire to improve health on a population level through public health, but she was ultimately drawn to becoming a Nurse Practitioner to build meaningful, one-on-one relationships with patients. She values the unique opportunity that primary care and cardiology provide to address both immediate health concerns and long-term wellness through preventive care. Rena takes a patient-first approach, listening closely to each individual's concerns, goals, and experiences before developing collaborative, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to their lifestyle and values. She believes exceptional care begins with genuine listening and strives to ensure every patient feels respected, informed, and empowered to take an active role in their health. Her greatest reward is seeing patients gain confidence in managing their health while building lasting trust along the way.
