I would never change my primary care physician. Josephine Julian is very professional and she actually communicates with her patients. She not only answers any questions I may have but she also takes the time to explain the how and why of whatever condition I may be experiencing. She is very thorough when she performs annual physicals. Everyone in her office from the receptionists to medical assistants are not only friendly but also take the time to explain and answer any questions. Dr. Julian is exceptional because she has genuine concern for her patients and not treat them like patient #8 with an XYZ insurance card.
