Research shows that the dirtiest places in bathrooms include toothbrush holders, faucet handles, and toilets. Towels are another thing you should add to the list.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.medicalofficesofmanhattan.com\/es\/our-team\/daniel-kim-do\/\">Dr. Daniel Kim<\/a> at Medical Offices of Manhattan notes that &#8220;bath towels and hand towels are some of the dirtiest things in the bathroom.&#8221; You probably don&#8217;t wash these towels often enough. You probably also use them more than once to dry your hands after washing them a few times a day and to pat yourself dry after a shower. You may also use the same towels to clean your sink and maybe even more. That usually keeps them nice and wet. Germs can thrive in places that are always damp.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So, what could be hiding on the towels in your bathroom? Are these microorganisms dangerous to your health?
