This product works with an AI platform to turn real-time data into specific weight management tips based on your lifestyle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.medicalofficesofmanhattan.com\/es\/our-team\/paunel-vukasinov-md\/\">Dr. Paunel Vukasinov,<\/a> an internist and obesity medicine expert at Medical Offices of Manhattan, observed that a continuous glucose monitor (CGM) can assist patients in understanding how food affects their glucose levels. He stated, &#8220;Many patients change what they eat after seeing how certain foods affect their glucose,&#8221; and many claim the technology helps them make better decisions overall.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;For people without glucose issues, CGMs may add little benefit beyond what general healthy eating advice provides,&#8221; he noted.
