We sought the advice of digestive health specialists to learn more about the science behind foul farts, how to prevent them, and when to be worried. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fiber provides various beneficial things for your body, including reducing constipation, assisting with weight control, regulating blood sugar, and lowering cholesterol. However, if you suddenly start eating a lot of it, things may momentarily stink. That&#8217;s because higher-fiber foods take longer to digest, causing them to ferment in your gut.
