Amy Huang<\/a>, board-certified dermatologist with Medical Offices of Manhattan, told Fox News Digital that the extreme hair growth is the result of a rare medical condition called hypertrichosis, sometimes known as &#8220;werewolf syndrome.&#8221; Generalized hypertrichosis is an extremely rare type of inherited condition producing aberrant amounts of terminal hairs throughout the body. Medical experts state that the disorder may be hereditary and present at birth. Other skin problems, malnutrition, eating disorders, cancer, or adverse effects from drugs may also cause acquired instances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There have only been around 50 documented cases of the
