Do Bile Duct Hamartomas Cause Cancer?

Bile duct hamartomas are liver lesions that grow. These uncommon growths are usually harmless, but they have a small chance of becoming cancerous. gastroenterologist Pratima Dibba, MD, explains surgery is the preferred treatment for these hamartomas.
